Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. fiestabet reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied and any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. fiestabet may apply a monthly inact ivity fee of ₱50 per month against the remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, fiestabet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes to the player's fiestabet wallet. fiestabet's decision in such matters shall be final.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. fiestabet's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory oversight by PAGCOR.
